At Gateway Cedars, we ensure a comfortable experience for your four-legged friends, so you come home to happy tail wags and calming purrs.
  • $250 deposit per pet
  • $250 nonrefundable pet fee per pet
  • $20/month pet rent per pet
  • Maximum 2 pets per apartment
  • No weight restrictions

Breed Restrictions

We are unable to invite the following dogs to live at our property:

American Staffordshire Terrier*

American Pit Bull Terrier*

Staffordshire Bull Terrier*

Doberman Pinscher

Rottweiler

Chow Chow

Presa Canario

Wolf

Malamute

Mastiff

Bull Mastiff

Neapolitan Mastiff

Ovtcharka

Akita

German Shepherd

*Commonly known as Pit Bull or Pit Bull Mix

In addition to the above, we may elect, at our discretion, to exclude any dog we deem aggressive.
